Question: How long will I have to wait for my order?   

Answer: Provided your order is in stock, we aim to deliver within 3 - 5 working days of receipt of your payment if choosing our Standard Parcel delivery service. Customers using our UK First Class Signed For service can expect items the next working day after receipt of payment. If payment is made by cheque with order, you will need to allow extra time for the funds to clear before your order can be dispatched.

Question: Can I arrange to receive my order any sooner than 3 - 5 working days?

Answer: UK customers can now choose Royal Mail - First Class Recorded (signed for) special delivery which is trackable and should arrive next day. Our overseas customers can look forward to special postage rates to be offered in the near future.

Question: Do you post to overseas customers?

Answer: We do post to customers overseas, please see our shipping policy for further details and prices.

Question: How can I pay for my order?

Answer:    We accept on-line payments via Paypal and most major credit/debit cards.

Answer: We now accept Australian Dollars (AUD $), US Dollars (USD $) and Euros (EUR €) as well as our standard currency, the UK Pound (GBP £). Customers can change their preferred currency at any time using the 'Your Currency' box on the right of every page (remeber to click the 'change currency' button after selecting your preferred currency from the dropdown menu) Our exchange rates are updated daily from the European Central Bank index.
