We are happy to refund customers who comply with the following conditions:
- You can return unwanted items for a full refund within 14 days of your order dispatch date.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging, complete with tags still attached and all returned goods must be unused and undamaged.
- The customer will be responsible for the full cost of return postage and packaging.
